Cybersecurity Training Program: What Every Small Business Owner Needs to Know

2 JUN 20261 min readStrivers’ Hub

Every day, small business owners in Malaysia face cyber threats they may not even recognise, a phishing link disguised as a supplier email, a weak password that unlocks years of customer data, or an outdated app that leaves the door wide open. You don't need to be a tech expert to protect your business, but you do need the right knowledge.

That's why we're proud to share the APAC Cybersecurity Fund (ACF) Malaysia - a regional initiative funded by Google.org with USD $15 million in partnership with CyberPeace Institute and Global Cyber Alliance, and delivered in Malaysia by The Asia Foundation. The program aims to reach 40,000 individuals representing micro and small businesses across Malaysia with free, hands-on cybersecurity training.

What You'll Learn

  3. Software Updates and Business Security
  4. Passwords, Password Management, and Two-Factor Authentication
